1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fh777 ("fh777," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the fh777 website at fh777.co or any related mobile interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fh777 platform and, if already registered, close your account by contacting fh777 customer support.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with fh777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling, the minimum age for participation on fh777 is 21 years. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities may not register as individual players.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee, of fh777 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from fh777 or from any Philippine gaming regulatory body.
• You have not previously had an fh777 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

fh777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the fh777 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim a bonus multiple times, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. fh777 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fh777 login credentials. You agree to notify fh777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. fh777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.4 KYC Verification

fh777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of ownership of their payment method prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fh777 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits, and USDT (stablecoin). All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. fh777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose separate fees that are outside fh777's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts submitted via GCash or Maya during Philippine business hours (08:00–22:00 PHT) are ordinarily processed same-day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. fh777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to releasing any withdrawal.

4.4 Player Funds

Funds deposited to your fh777 account are held for gaming purposes only. fh777 maintains player funds in designated accounts separate from operational funds. However, fh777 does not pay interest on player balances.

4.5 Prohibited Deposits

You may not deposit funds that originate from illegal activity. fh777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies and will freeze and report any account suspected of receiving proceeds of crime.

5. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on fh777 are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each product. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the in-game rules for a specific product, the in-game rules govern with respect to that product.

fh777 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, affected stakes are returned to the Player's account. fh777's determination in respect of disputed wagers is final.

Sports betting markets offered through fh777 — including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and sabong — are subject to the standard sports betting rules published on the Platform. Wagers on in-progress (live) markets are accepted at fh777's discretion and may be suspended without notice during delays or disruptions to the underlying event.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by fh777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of issuance. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement is 25× the bonus amount unless a different figure is stated on the specific promotion page.
• Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements. Free bet returns and bonus bets do not count.
• fh777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

6.2 One Bonus Per Player

Each bonus or promotional offer is available to one account per person, household, device, and IP address. Players who attempt to claim the same offer multiple times through different accounts will have all accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fh777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Use of another person's payment method or identity to fund an fh777 account.
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider for completed and legitimate transactions on fh777.
• Any attempt to launder money or conduct transactions for purposes unrelated to legitimate gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fh777 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of fh777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fh777 content without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fh777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

fh777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, acts of God, or circumstances beyond fh777's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits fh777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy

fh777's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the fh777 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering with fh777, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

11. Responsible Gaming

fh777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Session Timers: Set an alert or mandatory break after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the fh777 platform for a period of 30 days to 5 years. During an active self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened early under any circumstances.

• Required KYC documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe.
• fh777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Upon closure of a player account for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not yet met wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fh777 platform shall first be submitted to fh777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. fh777 will respond to all formal complaints within seven (7) business days.

If the matter is not resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory body. fh777 cooperates fully with regulatory investigations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

fh777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the fh777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
